Jacks or Better is the most common variation of Video Poker, and is based on 5 card draw poker. This means that the player is dealt 5 cards face-up and is able to either hold or replace them once, in order to improve his/her hand. The Jacks or better payout is based on standard hand-rankings for Jacks or Better, with Royal Flush being the highest hand and less than a pair of Jacks being the lowest and non-paying. Using the bet max function allows the player to be eligible for the major jackpot if he/she draws a Royal Flush, which is 4,000 coins. Anything from 0.05 to 5.00 coin units can be played, and there is a max of 20 coins allowed per hand. EuroGrand offers 3 versions of Jacks or better, where each one offers the ability to play a different number of hands simultaneously – 4, 10 or 50.
